Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams

Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams is set to take place in M7 at the heart of Msheireb Downtown Doha in collaboration with Qatar Museums from November 6 until March 30, 2022. The major event will showcase the story of Christian Dior, one of the most significant influencers in the history of fashion. Designed specifically for the Middle East, the exhibition is a celebration of the Parisian Maison, which turns 75 in December.

House of Dior’s first retrospective in the Middle East will feature a selection of pieces that have never been shown before, including ensembles from the private collection of Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser.

Curated by Olivier Gabet and designed by Nathalie Crinière especially for Qatar, Christian Dior Designer of Dreams celebrates nearly 75 years of creative passion, punctuated by captivating haute couture dresses and works from the collection of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. The exhibition is part of the ongoing cultural legacy established as part of the Qatar-France 2020 Year of Culture, an initiative celebrating the longstanding ties between both nations.
