Limited-time menu reimagines the iconic dish across all GCC locations this summer
Asha’s, the award-winning contemporary Indian restaurant, is reimagining a culinary legend with the launch of a limited-time Celebration of Butter Chicken across its GCC locations. Running from June 1 to August 31, 2025, the campaign pays tribute to Asha’s most iconic dish with a bold, refined lineup of reinterpreted creations.
With over 60,000 portions served monthly, butter chicken at Asha’s is more than a dish — it’s a legacy. Beloved by celebrities, dignitaries, and loyal fans, this summer’s event is a heartfelt nod to tradition with a modern twist.
A New Take on a Classic
The curated menu introduces new dishes inspired by the signature makhani sauce:
- Seafood Kofta in Butter Chicken Gravy – Where North Indian soul meets coastal flair
- Butter Chicken Nachos – A crunchy fusion of East and West
- Vegetarian Kofta Makhani – A plant-powered tribute to a meaty classic
- Lamb Kebab Pulao in Makhani Reduction – Tradition served with style
- Butter Chicken Kulfi – A daring dessert twist on a savoury legend
Each dish is designed to challenge expectations, blending heritage with innovation, all while remaining rooted in Asha’s rich culinary history.
