Vodafone Qatar P.Q.S.C. (“Vodafone Qatar” or the “Company”) today announced its consolidated financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2025, underscoring its continued commitment to delivering strong financial results and operational excellence.

Key highlights - Nine months ended 30 September 2025 compared to the same period in 2024

Ø    Total Revenue increased by 8.4% to QR 2.6 billion

Ø    Service Revenue increased by 4.8% to QR 2.2 billion

Ø    EBITDA increased by 8.5% to QR 1.1 billion

Ø    Net Profit increased by 13.0% to QR 494 million

Ø    Total Mobile customers stood at 2.1 million subscribers

Financial Summary

For the nine months ended 30 September 2025, the Company reported a Net Profit of QR 494 million, reflecting robust growth of 13% compared to the same period last year, mainly driven by revenue growth and sustained cost discipline.

Total Revenue for the period increased by 8.4% year-on-year to QR 2.6 billion due to growth across all core business segments, including mobility, managed services, fixed broadband, handsets and equipment. Service revenue grew by 4.8% reaching QR 2.2 billion. Vodafone Qatar is now serving 2.1 million mobile customers, representing an increase of 0.6% year-on-year.

EBITDA for the period increased by 8.5% year-on-year to QR 1.1 billion, led by higher service revenue and the continued effectiveness in implementing the Company’s cost optimization programme, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 42.4%. However, Underlying EBITDA margin, excluding equipment, reached 48.3%.

The Company also achieved a notable return on equity (ROE) of 12.9% for the nine months of 2025 (annualised), reflecting a 0.8ppts increase compared to FY 2024. This result underscores the Company’s continued commitment to driving sustainable shareholder returns.
